Our Story... so far
2017
The year when it all began.
V7 Recruitment was founded, and with just 12 months, we celebrated our first £1million milestone!
2018 - 2019
Rapid growth saw us move into a larger office and welcome our first graduate cohort to the team.
Soon after, we successfully expanded into many of our core markets.
2021
We continued our expansion with the launch of our Data Centre and Pharmaceutical divisions, brining on board specialist talent to drive growth and strength our presence in key markets.
2024
2024 marked a year of significant growth at V7.
With a strong focus on growth and personal development, we celebrated the promotion of two of our team members to Directors, reflecting our commitment to nurturing talent from within.
2025
...And here we are today!
This year has been a landmark year at V7!
We opened our brand-new London HQ and made waves within the industry, being shortlisted for seven awards and proudly taking home a 'Highly Commended' at The Recruiter Awards..

With dedicated consultants focusing on Contract and Permanent talent, supported by internal Marketing and Operations teams, we provide businesses across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the UAE with premium hires.
Having begun the V7 venture with a mere four members of staff, we have now over tripled in size and are a forceful team of experts.
