We Have A New Office In Manchester!
We are excited and proud to announce that we have relocated our office from Bartle House, located near Oxford Street. The new office is situated in the heart of Manchester’s prime business and commercial district at 56 Princess Street, M1 6HS. It originally formed part of a block of shipping houses that were constructed at the end of the 19th Century. This characterful former textile warehouse provides office space over six floors and is accessed from a principal entrance fronting onto Princess Street. However, the building has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment programme following the recent change of ownership.
“We approached award winning Sheila Bird Group to design our new space, having headed up the full refurbishment of the entire building, we felt Atul Bansal (Co-founder of Sheila Bird) had a connection with the space. His reputation within the UK market is unprecedented and after our first meeting Atul understood what we wanted to achieve. Atul facilitated the transition and contributed to the intuitive and modern designs for the office” ~ Steve Whiston, Managing Director of V7 Recruitment
“Steve had a passion and desire to create a space that celebrated what he was trying to achieve with this business, so when he asked us to help we couldn’t say no! We had some amazing conversations around subjects like energetic spaces, silent roaming areas, always on, collective thought and pride and craft. The space he now occupies reflects these conversations and his drive to create something special, so a big thanks to Steve for letting us join in” ~ Atul Bansal, co-founder of the Sheila Bird Group
Some of the new features of our new office include a branded staircase, contemporary kitchen, a modern art entrance tunnel, a spacious training /board room and a break area including a pool table and bar area.
The building is situated at the heart of Manchester’s vibrant village quarter, occupying a prominent position on Princess Street. The building is close to some of Manchester’s key leisure amenities such as the City Art Gallery, the Midland Hotel, the Palace Theatre, Manchester Central, Manchester Central Library and the Village’s bars and restaurants.
Princess Street benefits from excellent access to Manchester’s comprehensive transport facilities including Oxford Road, Deansgate and Piccadilly Railway Stations, the Metro link service from St Peters Square and Chorlton Street Bus Station. In addition, Princess Street is now a two-way street due to recent improvements.
