Christmas usually brings joy and festiveness, but having the urge to switch jobs comes with having to deal with stress and anxiety, with 1 in 20 workers hoping to switch jobs before Christmas. Meanwhile, 75% of people actively seek jobs in January and February. So, let’s explore starting the journey of changing jobs, getting ahead of the rush and a ‘New Year New You’.
